My mission is to educate and rehabilitate people through movement.

As I believe in the power of interdisciplinarity, I created the DAP movement method to link Pilates method of exercise with dance and other therapies. As a certified Fitness professional and STOTT Pilates instructor, I encourage people to become more aware of their alignment and learn to improve their posture. I draw on my experience in mindful-movement, Total barre, ZEN•GA, deGasquet, fasciatherapy, posture training and contemporary dance to propose a healthy and full-body workout.
